There are no machines here – only hardworking hands that roll, fill and pinch like our grandmothers used to do! These tasty dumplings come completely cooked – boiled in boiling, salted water for a few minutes until they float to the top and are tender, then are bathed in a butter/onion sauce to prevent sticking and to give them that genuine taste. Pyrogies are best reheated by sauteing until browned and crisped, or just reheat in a microwave until hot.
